Returns & Refunds policy
Refunds for damaged goods:
In the event of damage in transit, please send a photo of the destroyed item. A single replacement may be sent at Liminal Craft's sole discretion (in layman's terms: At my sole discretion, I may simply replace a pin that clearly got munched up in transit. It happens once in a blue moon, so send me a note and a photo and I will get back to you about whether I can do that. I will do this once only per item.)
Conditions for returns:
You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping. (In layman's terms: Let me know if you misordered or need to cancel, and I'll work it out. Please do! I'd love to hear from you.)
In the event that shipping has already taken place, the product will need to be returned within 30 days. Once it has been returned, a refund will be issued for the product price.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The following goods cannot be returned:
Goods which have been damaged
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. (eg., please send a photo!)
